API keys: Stored AES-256 encrypted in our database if you provide them.
Website content: Text extracted from your pages when you import them into the knowledge base.
Chat data: Conversations between your website visitors and the AI assistant, including any contact information captured through enquiry forms.
Usage data: Feature usage and session counts for analytics purposes.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.
When visitors interact with the Chatsa widget on your website, they may share personal information through chat or enquiry forms. You are the data controller for this data. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. You are responsible for informing your visitors and obtaining any required consents.
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where required by law.
We implement appropriate technical measures including AES-256 encryption for sensitive fields, HTTPS connections, and access controls.
The Chatsa dashboard uses session cookies for authentication only. The chat widget uses localStorage for session continuity. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
